Koraput:(21.01.25: Chandan Prasad)Dharmendra Pradhan, the Union Education Minister, has invited Sarojini from Sunabeda Women’s Degree College for lunch after she won second place in a Hindi story writing competition. This competition was part of the National Developed India Programme, under the Git Bharat program initiated by the central government ¹.
Sarojini participated in the national competition held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi from January 9, where she wrote stories on the theme ‘2047 Developed Dreams’. Although the results haven’t been published yet, it’s notable that 75 participants from Odisha took part, with Koraput district being the sole representative. Prominent figures like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Mahindra Group CEO Anand Mahindra, and Manager Palki Sharma were involved in the national competition.
