Rayagada Autonomous College Celebrates 77th NCC Day with Patriotic Fervour
Rayagada, 23rd November 2025: Rayagada Autonomous College, Rayagada, observed the 77th National Cadet Corps (NCC) Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The programme was organised under the guidance of Principal Dr. Saraswati Ray and NCC Officer Lt. Udaya Naik, and saw active participation from cadets of 15(O) BN and 3(O) Girls BN NCC of the college.The celebration began at 9:00 AM with the ceremonial hoisting of the NCC flag, followed by a parade presented by the cadets. The Principal delivered a welcome address, emphasizing the importance of NCC in instilling discipline and leadership qualities among students.
The event was graced by Shri Akhaya Khemundu, the Chief Guest, who inspired the gathering with his speech on the values of discipline, leadership, and national service that form the core principles of NCC.During the programme, cadets showcased a variety of activities, including:1.
