Numaligarh (Golaghat): Prime Minister Narendra Modi was felicitated during his visit to Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) in Assam.He inaugurated the Assam Bioethanol Plant at NRL to promote clean energy and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
