Terrible landslide in Waynad, Kerala

A landslip in Waynad, Kerala has killed 54 people and injured more than 70. The death toll may rise further as more than 400 families remain under the ground. On the other hand, rescue operations are ongoing throughout wartime, with the KSDMA and NDRF active. MI 17 and ALH helicopters are deployed for rescue operations.
