Koraput:The Central University of Odisha hosted a Best Wishes Party to say goodbye to Dr. Rudrani Mohanty on her retirement. Prof Chakradhar Tripathi, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, CUO, presided over the event. Prof N C Panda, Registrar and Dean of the School of Languages, and Prof S K Palita, Dean of SBCNR, were both present on the dais. Dr. Mohanty will retire from CUO on September 30, 2024, as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Odia Language and Literature. During her stint as HOD, she hosted numerous seminars and pioneered the publication of books and periodicals. She is one of the most vibrant female faculty members at CUO. Personally, I have lovely recollections of working with the versatile Rudrani Mam, who donned many hats—apart from being an academic, she is a radio broadcaster, radio drama artist,
